Thanks for making the journey to Pennsylvania! Looking forward to an exciting weekend of super-sprint racing. Our Friday schedule:

12:30pm Arrive at Team Tent
1:00pm Run Course Re-Con
1:20pm Transition/Bike Course Re-Con
2:00pm Packet Pick-Up
2:15pm Swim Course Re-Con
2:45pm Finish Practice

1 - Please sleep in and get a great night sleep. We had a tough week of training! Let's make sure we are well rested tonight.
2 - Eat a healthy/hearty breakfast. Hydrate.
3 - Be ready to have a fit/focused/fun prep-day tomorrow so we can have a great last draft-legal race weekend prior to Nationals!
